Designed a device small and light enough to be worn on the body for extended periods of time. Created a user-friendly interface for computer novices.
Tested and implemented a variety of cable management arrangements and chose the simplest solution: put all but one cord in the belt with sleeves that slide around to cover excess lengths. Position of the headset cable was left to the user's preference; user research showed that depending on body shape and clothing choices, workers preferred to arrange this cable front or back.
