Created a new and innovative mechanical architecture from a display section that contained a large component count within a tightly constrained volumetric envelope.

Collaborated closely with all other disciplines to implement the aesthetic product language, fit all electronic components within enclosures, maintain best-of-breed audio performance, and meet all manufacturing, assembly and regulatory requirements.

Designed the internal chassis to integrate the display and backlight-inverter structures with audio system mounting and provide system EMC/RFI shielding. Specified custom LCDs from multiple vendor sources in order to meet the physical requirements of the system.
